CND LED lamp problems with peeling Shellac

hi all. Just got the CND led lamp and I've had complaints from my clients saying the shellac is lifting and peeling Is it down to positioning of the hand in the lamp or is it a fault?

One lady has just contacted me and said its lifted after one day on her left hand only as her right hand is fine & she's right handed. I never had this problem before with my old uv lamp - my prep is fine - any ideas what I can do only been in business a few months and don't want to loose the few regulars I've built up so far x

As long as the client 'feels' for the dips to position their fingers, the gel should cure correctly.
As it's just on one hand is it possible you pressed the wrong button on one of the layers?
