I'd love to come to the event too but don't think I'll have the pennies. Will just have to come to the open day on the day of the Scottish Beauty show.

I don't know what to do first....book the hotel, buy the ticket or get over the 'guilt trip' with my girls in tears because they will miss mummy if she goes away!!!
I haven't done any training for a couple of years and I'm thinking that The Event is for me. I have spoken to HO today and I am just awaiting confirmation of child care and.....I'M GOING TO BE THERE!!!!

Hey will we have to train in it?? Is it as easy to use as minx? I have booked my brisa conversion for monday, so will have the light etc ready and waiting!! I actualy CAN. NOT. WAIT.!!! To try this new polish it is exactly what I have been dreaming up in my head!! Sorry bit over excited!!xxxx

I'm so glad you've said this Mrs Geek, I'm like Nikki, I've done very little for the last 4 months, will not get to do much before The Event and feel that this is my chance to get back into it and learn all the new things, new to me anyway, like minx and now this new gel polish and, tell you what, I'll save it for The Event, instead of driving everyone crackers on here:lol:

We will be having our usual big Open Day on the same day as the show. As we are only a mile or so from the show venue we will have the usual transport (with a twist:wink2
running backwards and forwards for anyone who wants it.And of course we will be launching at least ONE new product line on the day:wink2::wink2::wink2:
I have to say you Geeks have got me as excited as yourselves about The Event and I know what's happening:lol:
I was all set to go to the Event this year and then changed my location and my rent situation. I really cannot afford to go. I know,,,I know...I can't afford not to go!
But I will have to hope that Katrina in Plymouth will be able to train me up to use this new invention.
Funny thing is, I was just about to contact some companies. Then I read the little tease that Sweet Squared placed somewhere,,,,ie, 5 years in the making! And I thought to myself,,,Hold on Kirst!!! They're up to something!!!

Can't go to the event, sob, but will the info filter straight onto salongeek maybe? This is EXACTLY what i'm looking for. Is it a conversion day? Or if brisa trained can we just get it? Not boring at all Sam!! Been growing my business and moved to a beautiful new room in a lovely salon in a busy town just after christmas!!! This is why I haven't got the money,,, but next time I will be there, with sparkly knobs on!!!:lol:
