The best thing to do is give Sweet Squared a call, although the minimum requirement is usually a manicure certificate at least.

I usually buy my CND off Ellisons,I was doing my level 2 beauty so Manicure was the first cert I got and I scanned it and sent it to them and they verified me to buy the products. I'm guessing with level 3 you'll probably do your manicure assessments first so just enquire once you have that x
