CND Vinylux question

I am a newbie and I am looking at using cnd vinylux weekly polish as just love all the variety of colours and planning just to do pedicures. I am a podiatrist. I have done a lot of reading about the product and have been practising application . On reading the advantage of the polish it does not require any curing. The big question ...I also have had cnd vinylux weekly polish applied regularly at a salon but the therapist always

CND Vinylux is a weekly polish and does not require curing at all.

It doesn't help in any way, its not even enough time to keep the client still so they don't trash the polish as it takes 8 minutes to dry.
