Colour Advice Pls!!

Hi all,

For years I coloured my hair using L'Oreal Majiblonde high lift tints using 900s (ultra light blonde) & 911 (extra light ash blonde). It was always my desired shade..

Anyway, end of 2007 decided I wanted to be dark, which I did... and although I achieved dark hair initially with permanent hair colour, from then until now I have only used semi permanents in dark brown or soft black.

So... I have huuuuuuuge urge to go back blonde! Question is, although under these semis im likely to be all natural colour now, am i likely to have build up too much colour to achieve the light shade im after.. not so keen on going all over colour, but lots and lots of highlights.... Of course having used blk semi's I have a feeling i am answering my own question hair by assuming im not going to get a good lift without orangey tones?!

Last put a semi on about 5wks ago and im doing well in fading it out with good ol head & shoulders!!!

What do you think people???!!!xxxx

I would carry on using deep cleanse shampoo for a month and see what your hair color looks like after this. If still quite dark, then you could use a color eraser to get rid of any dark color. If all of the dark color is removed, you may then be able to go blonde again. But if any of the permanent dark tint is still in your hair, you may have to strip it out with a bleach bath or pre-lighten it first.
