Colour help needed

Cilent Usually gets 88/07 +4% colour touch plus. My cilents natural hair is pure white with an inch regrowth and is now wanting to go back to her natural.
How would I be able to achieve? Her hair is very fragile

Do you mean she wants to go back to white or to her original colour?
Either way, if her hair is very fragile, she might be better off waiting for it to grow out rather than having more chemical processes applied.
You could offer to do a couple of strand tests and show her the results.
