hope you dont mind me asking but I need a bit of advice as a consumer/client. I previously dyed my hair dark brown home colour kit. wanted to change back to blonde so went to hairdresser. Obviously i know it will take time to get back to blond but had colour done just before xmas full head blonde highlights with toner applied. Liked colour at start but finding my hair now looks quite a 'non' descript colour and having to wash my hair every day as it very greasy and- now i am a bit fo a sweaty betty at night and always frequently washed my hair but when i had dark brown hair i could get away with every other day. Years ago i had the same problem with my hair when i used to have full head blonde and was one of the reasons i went to dark. ok so im thinking possibly the blonde highlights arent for me and my dream of being a blondey are getting a bit further way lol!. So am now concerned about what colour to have my hair. I am due to go to the hairdressers in a couple of weeks but im not really sure what to ask for. i dont mind having my hair looking likes its coloured.... as long as its not stripey!! my highlights have concerned me quite abit as to the left of my parting i seem to have a blob (no other way to describe it) of blonde. sorry bit long winded there, what im trying to ask is would you suggest a lighter brown/ caramel colours all over colour or a lighter brown caramel colour of highlights?
pls excuse my bad or rather lacking proffessional lingo but i love my hair and its just looking so drab and patchy at the mo and i really want to get it right for the wedding. all colour suggestions welcome and whether or not im able to go to the colour i want after having bleach high lights put in on the 17th dec.
(me thinks im a hairdressers worst nightmare now!).
