Colour help

My friend has asked for this colour (it's been some years since I did this) can anyone recommend which Wella Koleston colours I shoud use. She has white temples and about 30% grey through the top. Any advice welcome. TIA

Starting level 4, had blonde, caramel highlights, hated them so she put a temporary box colour on which i think was called Chocolate brownie by loreal.

So, it still has some artificial colour on it then? You’ll need to get rid of that first before you can re-colour it.
