Colour matching extensions

Are all suppliers colours a close match to one another ? If I wanted a 1b from one supplier and it’s not in stock would a 1b from a different supplier be the same or are all suppliers different ?

I have always found that shades 1 and 1B are in my experience the same shade with all suppliers ive tried, but otherwise its always worth getting a colour ring for each supplier as some can be completely different xx

Thanks for reply. It’s for myself. I’ve found a supplier I would like to test the actual hair on myself, obviously if I like then I’ll buy the colour ring but just don’t want to waste time or money buying the ring if the hair isn’t great if that makes sense x
