Colour Touch Plus?

What would happen if I use 77/07 colour touch plus with 1.9% developer instead of 4%?

Grey coverage would not be as good and the intensity would be poorer.

What I want to achieve is a slightly lighter 77/07 as with 4% it appears more like a 6 from the intensity so was wondering if 77/07 would work with 1.9%, there are no greys to cover, I will post the colour I am trying to achieve

Could you not just use 7/7 on its own normal color touch with 1.9% or even add a bit of 7/0 for depth

I havnt got 7/7 colour touch, its my 9 o clock appointment tommorow so was just getting opinion on what I should use x

Yea I don't see why not. It will just give less coverage and less intensity as the previous geek said x
