Hi new advice, mixed n9 colour with then added a little to much ash toner to the mix to take out any goldness and I want to lift their natural dark blonde colour. The roots at the front went a grey colour as it was lighter than the back.to conteract this i applied 9 wth a gold toner to the roots. the client came back saying it looks green and darker than normal, I then mixed base shade of 9 again but added some copper toner thinking it would remove any green tinge, the client still says it looks a bit green and slightly darker than normal. Any sugestions how to remove this green tinge and lighten the roots.I thought about doing a 3% peroixed with a little bleach in with number 10 base shade,want to lighten it without harming the hair any further. What would you advise.
