I don't mean to be rude, but are you really a professional hairdresser?
If you are I would do some refresher courses, if notI would seek out a professional hairdresser. X

i done nvq 1 and 2 when i left school and had to quit when i was 20 as i had car accident and hurt my back so not done it since apart from on my own hair!

Depending on how blonde you are you may need to pre pig. You don't use 9% with colourtouch. You wouldn't need to use 9% anyway as your depositing colour not lifting.

If you want to go back dark you need to put the pigment back in the hair so you need to put the orange back in if you want to go to a 6 base and then put the desired colour over the top.
Whenever going darker hun you always use 6% never 9% lol
If your using wella you need to get perfecton and use this on your hair and then the 6/0 or buy the 0/43 mix tone and add to the colour to put pigment back in otherwise you are going to enjoy a lovely shade of kharki!!
but to be honest your prob better getting someone else to do it for you very messy and they will know exactly what to use and you wont have to go buying a whole bottle of perfecton
hope that helps

Hello, why not go to the local college and ask for a level three student to do a colour correction. I bet you could get it done for the price you will pay for the products youself, and you will get a pamper, and they can make sure its even for you etc xxx

I did this myself from blonde I used colour touch 5/73 and 4% no pre pigging needed! Easy peasy and great results, didn't fade quickly either!
