Conditioner for hair extensions

Hi
Can anyone recommend a leave in conditioner for pre bonded human hair extensions? My hairdresser recommended shampoo and conditioners, but not leave in ones. Plus I would be interested to know what you consider the best shampoo & washout conditioner for hair extensions to be. Thanks!

When I had my hair extensions last year (micro rings) I used Aussie leave in conditioner. Applied to hair half way, down to ends, if that made sense. Just stayed away from roots.
