Contra-actions

Hi,

I am completely new to this so please bare with me. Can anyone please help clarify whether the following would be classed as contra-actions of artificial uv gel nails.
File burn/cut to cuticle area
Nail glue on the skin
Lifting Gel
Infection.

Really hope someone out there can help me
