Crystal Nails?

I drove by a fill and drill today and they were offering crystal nails....what are these. When I called she said they were special tips with special powder. Anybody know what these are. I know they are charging $30 a set.

correct me if im wrong - but i thing crystal nails are the clear ones - not 100% on that tho but im almost positive that they are clear tips with clear acyrilic overlay
