Ct 4% with Illumina?

Hi I have a client with previously coloured hair (kp 10) she wants a deeper colour now so I'm thinking 8/69 illumina but wanted to check it's OK to mix with 4% color touch developer.

4% with Illumina will still create lift.
You're wanting to deposit colour so a lower developer would be more ideal
