I recently bought the mini led cuccio lamp and used it last night on a client. I did exactly as the box said, i buffed the nails first, prepped them and then i painted on the base, i put the thumbs in the mini led lamp for 2 minutes but they came out wet still!! Am i doing something wrong or is this product no good??
