Curing swatches

How do I cure a swatch of Gelish onto a swatch fan? When it put it under the led lamp the lamp doesn't notice it's there as it's so light

My current lamp acts the same, I have to hold the colour wheel under there to keep the light on, most annoying.
My old lamp would just stay on with even a single nail pop in there on its own!
I'm afraid I haven't found a solution yet, hopefully someone will come along with one soon
