Im not a beautician but i have seen a new wax? It's thicker and its peeled ofd rather than pulled with a strip? its.supposed tp be for "delicate " areas. My friend is a beautician and im doing some research for her. Does she need to do a course on it? Can you buy in sallys?

I think you're on about hot wax! You usually get taught how to use it within the waxing unit but I know you can do courses on it with different brands such as Lycon

Sounds like hot wax to me. Its not at all new. It is generally used on more sensitive areas as its not as harsh on the skin like strip wax. You are taught how to use this wax when learning the waxing unit. If your friend did a proper beauty course she would have been shown this

I agree. It's just hot wax. That said, it's unlikely to be the old fashioned hot wax that's applied in a figure of eight at some colleges. Look for a good brand such as Perron Rigot, Adam and Eve, Waxperts, Outback Organics to name but a few.

Does it dry in kind of thick?
