I know you've been given some fab advice already I just wanted to add that I spray men and women naked if they wish to. If someone asks what they should strip down to I say its completely up to them! In my opinion nudity is only a problem if you view it as sexual or seedy and I'm quite comfortable with nakedness! Its natural after all!

I hope you enjoy your tan when you get it !

There is definitely nothing unprofessional about spray tanning someone naked if you are both comfortable with it.

If you are not comfortable then dont do it. Noone is forcing anyone to do anything that they dont want to.
