I have a client that has very log thick practically one length hair and she's going to a wedding and wants big bouncy curls what would you suggest I used/did to get them to last I struggle to get the curls to last so any ideas would b great xx

When curling heavy, dead straight hair, i use ghd's and as i curl, i roll the section back up into a pin curl/barrel curl and grip it to cool, all over the head and spray with aerosol before i take them out
If you use l'oreal styling, pli is good if you spray over then leave under a climazone for 10 mins after, then leave to cool.... cooling is the most important part of styling
If it's bouncy curls, then bigger sections and bigger pin curls

As perry has suggested the pin curls are great!
Personally I prefer to curly blow dry & then pin curl because I find the curl more natural & you can control root lift that way. Also the longer the pin curls are in the longer they last! So you might want to consider doing your clients hair the night before?? That way she can sleep in them (comfortably) & unpin it herself the next day
