Basically I went out last night, dropped my bag and as I picked it up whacked my nails off the floor. The ring finger nail completely came off along with half my nail but isn't sore. My little finger though is throbbing!! You could see blood from the inside. I've got a plaster on which I'm too scared to take off. Any advice?? It's really really sore!

Ouch! I would remove everything and see what's going on...you don't want an infection...xx

Personally I would cut it down as far as possible and gently and I mean very gently try to file down a little bit, no way would I be putting my finger in anything to remove, that would be painful, chemicals getting inside there! And I'd see how it goes for a couple of days, as long as no pain or signs of infection is just keep it short and filed down till it was healed enough to remove

It is really painful at the moment. Keeps throbbing. I have a plaster on it and I can't get it off [emoji30]

Try soaking in some warm salty water to help clean it and loosen the plaster x

Don't soak in acetone until your wounds are healed.

So I've taken the plaster off. The nail is still on but soooooo sore and my finger pad is swollen and when I touch it feels like pins and needles. Have I done some real damage?? I cannot get the acrylic nail off it is too sorr

I'd maybe go to doctors then, just have it checked out x

You've most likely done the same to your little finger as you have your ring finger but the acrylic is still attached.
Try and numb it under cold water and then trim the nail down really short - are you qualified? If not go back to the salon and ask them to maybe file the colour and bulk while holding the nail in place. You will hopefully then be able to see the damage and if it is still really bad in day or 2 get it checked out!
