Dark brown to dark blonde without bleaching, help

Hello.. Few weeks ago I had jet black hair ( dyed) and I've recently used a hair colour remover to take the black out, so now I have this dark auburn brown colour. I want to go lighter but without bleaching ( I've bleached my hair in the past and it killed my hair and my natural curls) I've linked a photo to this thread to show you what colour I want to achieve. You wont get it lighter without bleaching it. Go to a salon and theyll sort you out.
