Did I do the right thing?

i was looking for a beauty room to rent in chesterfield and I was contacted by a lady who has a business above a hairdressers asking me if I want to go 50/50 with her and if I used her products pay her 30% this sounded good to me as i wouldn't need to use her products and it would mean I didn't need to pay full rent on somewhere, anyway a week in and she informed me that I have to use her products and pay her 30% I cannot buy my own products even if they are the same brand as hers, I have to put all my earnings into her float and she will pay me daily or weekly and I cannot make appointments outside her opening hours as I'm not allowed access to the salon alone, I can't have my own room they have to be combined rooms and I cannot have my own facebook page I must use hers. None of this was said prior to me agreeing to working with her, I was under the impression I work for myself and I can come and go as I please and use what products I want so I have told her I'm not willing too work like that and I will collect my things on Monday, have I been unreasonable?!

Too right you don't have to work for her if your pay HER good riddens to her she aint your boss she doesn't tell you whats good!!!
If she isn't keeping her end of the deal f**k her.

Thank you, I just needed to know i wasn't being unreasonable I'm quite new to the business so I think she has took that as being able to walk all over me and I'm not having it, if she had said all that to begin with I wouldn't have even considered working with her

She didn't lay that all out clearly when you agreed though did she. They are not the terms she offered. She can't change the goalposts after you've agreed, and if she does, you have every right to walk away.

No she didn't at all as I would have never agreed to those conditions, I'm glad I made the right decision, onwards and upwards, now to hunt for a new beauty room!
