Did they do it wrong?

my hair had lots of hightlights and a 10 tint on it and I wanted this

instead they said it wouldnt work, and i would have to go darker, a 6.something with some highlights. I believed them and now my hair looks a dark mossy green with some grey streaks.

I would go back to the hairdresser that did this for you and ask them to correct it.
