Dirty blonde/medium ash blonde help?

Hey there, I am looking to achieve a color like the pictures I have inserted. Could anyone recommend some colors to use? Thanks, I'm finding this is a difficult shade(s) to achieve.

You haven't given us enough info to even begin to tell you the first formulas, let alone a string of every shade of blonde on the planet..are you qualified?
