Yes you need your manicure qualification. You will need to send a copy of the certificate to be able to purchase shellac.

Sweetsquared are the official Distributor in the U.k for CND and there are couple of sub distributors around the country I.E Ellison's but S2 are the main distributor so you would be better off contacting them direct.
