Customer coming tomorrow.
She is a 12, so very light. It is a goldish 12, so 12.3.
Now she wants her natural haircolor back due to hairdye allergy.
Can I just take any ash color on this hair or would I need to red pigmentate it before to avoid greenish shades?

She wants to have a cold bronde color.
Like the color Taylor has on this photo (the girl with the green top/dress and gold necklace) but a bit more colder Bronde, you say? | Sugarscape |

If she has an allergy to hair dye a take it you are going to foil/meche her hair? What is her natural colour if you know?

It depends what level you are taking her too..
You could get away with using flat Natural... I wouldn't risk using an ash on level 12.. the 'bronde' look is still pretty light :)

Naturally she is a 7/8 ash so 7.1/8.1.

I rescheduled her til thursday as really need help with this :-(
I couldn't do her hair today as felt too insecure as didnt know what color to chose and if redpigmentate it before.

Do you think I can take a 9.0 on the 12.3?

And yes I will be using foil due to her allergy!

9/0 would be fine but in foil it wouldn't have much effect. I would do a mix of 7, 8, and 9s. If you use your brunette tone range (most have this, in Wella it's /7, Schwartzkopf is /6 etc. ) and 3%, you will not have to pre-pig. I would still drench the hair in a porosity balancer first and dry it in before applying any colour.

If you weave against the parting, across the head diagonally, you will break up that block colour more effectively.

I have a client who has developed an allergy to colour, so now we foil. I still have to be very careful when rinsing the foils off too!
