The only time I ever us a 100 grid file is to shorted tips before adding any product then during a rebalance to deblulk.
Never ever to remove the shine off a natural nail or to file off lifting as it seems to cause more lifting.
I only ever use a Koala buffer to remove the shine on a natural nail. :hug:
