Dust is dust. Im American. I use CND/NSI and some OPI.
I also use just about anything I can place on a nail for art.
I call it art anyway.

Dust is still dust and I have found it in places I never imagined possible.

Just one example, wear black underwear and guess what? You will find it there.

I have visited Asian salons that are so clean, I would love to work there.
