Yes, I wear my jewellery.
But there are 4 rings I never remove, NOT even to sleep:
Promise ring (as in "I'll get you a real engagement ring later LOL)
Engagement ring
Wedding band
My Nana's Wedding band.
They are never removed and if ever I'm hospitalized, they'd best knock me out if they plan to remove them because I will NOT.
I always have either a pentacle or triquetra necklace on and 5 earrings (yes, 5 holes, what an odd number).
Occasionally, I wear a bracelet.
I don't find that they get in the way. But then, they're not overly large either.
