I am completing my l & p course with Creative this week and I'm thinking about future training. When I have mastered l & p, should I go on to learn how to do Brisa & Fabric or just stick to l & p? I plan to do mobile nails as I have 2 young sons so do not need to do extra for my c.v or anything.

Thanks for reading!!

Hi

I have done all my training with Creative. To start with l&p and then Brisa. I found that I had to turn some clients away as they wanted Gel. There seems to be such a bad rep for L&P in this area. Dispite trying to change there mind, they went else where.

Thats why I decided to train in Brisa. I found it really enjoyable to do and is different to L&P.

I to are mobile with a young child and just hated turning down work.

Hope this helps

Katie, I think it would be a good idea to complete at least one other system if not both, when you have mastered your l&p, the more services you can offer your clients the better, some clients will ask for a particular system and if you can't do it, they will go elsewhere.

I would say that gel is just different. At first I prefered gel because it gave you time to perfect the smile and shape. However, I have since found that actually the more you play with gel, the most the shape becomes. :irked:

I've only recently started to play with L &P, but I'm getting use to using the brush in a different way to gel and I'm loving it.

Hiya

i started with gel then moved onto l & p. It is worth getting to know your first really well before trying new though!
