Hi all

I'm after some advice for my skin. My face always looks really pale and dull never has a glowing look to it, I don't get many spots. I wouldn't dare go outside without makeup on!

Can anyone recommend anything?

Thanks

Do you exfoliate - it's a myth that only comb or oily skins need this- dry skins shed less often so try using a gentle exfoliator 2-3 times a week. I prefer a gommage cream exfoliant rather than a scrub type as they are v effective but gentle. Or an AHA based exfoliant which gently dissolves skin cells.
Then use a mask - again 2-3 times a week. Try different ones depending on skin needs- say a hydrating one one day, calming another or different masks on different parts of face - .
Massage is a quick and easy way to stimulate blood flow and removed toxins from skin. Just massage in facial cleanser each night when you gave more time - Eve Taylor green facial brush is great for this- made of a rubbery type of material v soft but brilliant.
Last try a radiance primer such as Clarins Beauyt flash balm or Elemis radiance balm or I think Loreal now do one.
Let us know how you get on x

Do you drink plenty water?
My skin is very pale and dull, people often think I'm ill if I don't wear makeup lol. But my diet isn't very healthy at all (mostly sugars) and I don't drink almost any water (just fizzy drinks, tea etc)

However I do find that when I drink loads of water/eat healthy, it shows in my skin. No products have ever worked for me although you could try satin finish foundation as that does tend to make me look quite glowy.

Ill try some face masks too. Ill report back 😊

Have you tried using a nice blusher? I am very fair but I manage to look a bit more healthy when I have my blusher on! It is amazing the difference it can make really.
