Dyed black to blonde

I have a young woman, 31, who has dyed her hair black for the last couole of years. Her natural hair colour is a reddish brown. She's had two stylists claim they could give her the results that she was looking for, blonde highlited hair, but instead they failed and just dyed it blask again. What exactly do I need to do to get this women the results she wants?

I think it's most probably going to be a long and arduous process. Lots of colour removal and finally highlighting services. That's even if the hair allows it. I would take a strand test as her hair is most likely a bit porous from being lifted and darkened multiple times
