Hi all, I was using my nail drill the other day to remove gel polish from a set of acrylics ready for an infill and all of a sudden it just switched itself to full speed and will not turn down.
I've contacted the supplier and heard nothing in over a week

Does anyone know what the problem might be and how to fix it?

Thanks in advance

If it's not under warranty and your supplier isn't responding, then I'd take it to an repairman for electric devices. These things are pretty standardized and therefore it should be easy to fix.
Mine broke twice, once the drill and once the body and they fixed it in less than a day
You can't fix it yourself however. There's something wrong with the motor
