Employment help!

Hello I would really appreciate if someone could answer this question for me.
I'm 18 and I qualified in NVQ level 2 beauty at LCBT and ended up dropping out of Level 3 2 months in to my course due to my job * which I regret * and I now have a job and all the level 3 stuff you learn at college I have been taught it there and sent to various courses by my manager, I have my Laser certificate been trained on massaging there and also gels... but if I wanted a different job later on having those certificates wouldnt be as beneficial as it would be If i had a NVQ level 3 in beauty would it? In terms of employment... I appreciate your help thanks

some places will employ level 2 therapists, but may get paid less. would be more beneficial from an employers point of view to have level 3, but as you have massage, and that's basically all level 3 is (I did electrical facials too though) i am not sure how big a problem it will be x

I have to be honest, it's very hard to get a position with Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 2 but that is my opinion, it does also depend where you live.

Follow your heart and go with what you think is best and what will be more beneficial for you in the future
