Ends won't budge?

So I had a new client come to me natural hair level 6 uses only kerastase. wanted ombré so did blondor pl 20 lifted 2 levels to a 8 copper so reapplied with pl 10 to dry hair and didn't lift at all each was on for 30mins after application and sections were fine that you could see through but then when I toned I toned with a 8/2 koleston perfect with colour touch developer as it says you can do on the koleston chart which is Matt/green in the brand. Applied left on for 15 minutes then rinsed off it looked a awsome caramel then used wella colour save conditioner and when I rinsed that off the toner rinsed off too. She has been back since for her next appointment and I used wella deep cleanser before application as it recommends dried off did pl and 20 to just make some lighter pieces on the already pre lightened hair and again no lift at all..... Any suggestions????

How do you mix your bleach? Is it drying out too much?

So double the amount of wella koleston perfect creme developer to blondor

I'm not sure on blondor but i use loreal infinite, I find for freehand it just dries up do I use platine and cling film.
