Hi everyone, I’ve been using euphoria for over a year now, just wanting to speak to other extensionist’s that are also using them. Overall I’ve been happy with the quality and price of the hair over the past year up until today ... I’ve had to remove a clients hair and refund her , she was in absolute tears as she had only had the hair in over 4 weeks and it was shocking! Never seen anything like it. Hopefully just a bad batch and will get sorted but just wondering if there’s any alternative suppliers ? Similar price range? This client had her hair done for personal reasons after a Brain operation and it absolutely made her day when I fitted it and now this has happened and it has really upset her and myself . Don’t want to put anyone else through that again!!! Thanks in advance xx
