Okay...

My friend (pictured) is wanting a long tail of extensions at the back of her Mohawk.... A strange request I know...

Any advice, tips.... ANYTHING that could help?

I'd be verrrrry grateful indeed, never attempted this before!

Xx

Yes it can be done, however I wouldnt attempt it with micro rings.
It's a Mohican by the way, not a Mohawk.
You would need to use white, pack them in doing 100% ext, the join them in with the cut.
Take them up high enough on the head that you can cut a reverse graduation without a dip at the crown.

Oops, got a bit American with the 'mohawk'!

Definetly prebonded then? How far up the head should I go, and would 40-50 bonds do the job?

No, you need to use resin, you need to fit a lot of hair in a small space. How much hair you use would depend on the length you are using. Just calculate your usage to the normal formula for partial ext.
Go high enough on the head to allow the reverse grad to be cut without a dip after the crown. Again it depends on length and thickness of each bond.
