Eyelash course today....feel totally ripped off :( what to do?

I believe if you pay by visa debit card then the same applys you can claim to get your money back.....it is called a visa debit card charge back.... not sure of all the terms but maybe speak to your bank if it was a visa debit...hth x

Hi, i rand up my bank and they said they could not stop the payment, as its a guarenteed payment when using a debit card, unlike a credit card. They did tell me that when the payment has processed i could ring up again and speak to the disputes team. Il wait for a reply to my letter 1st, im hoping that they will just give me a refund. xxx

I also did the marvel lash training in Belfast recently and the experience was pretty much the same, it took about 10 days after the course to get my kit, and did not feel very confident. I've been just practicing on lots of people for free to try to get more experience. I find the products very disappointing though and the total lack of support.
