Eyelash extensions

my clients are complaining that the eyelash extension feels so stiff at the base is this normal or is this because they extension is maybe to big for their lash???? please help

also my other issue is my clients are saying that the lashes are falling out after a few days ive been using premier lash glue but i find it very thick I just order glue by the eyelash emporium any tips plz and thank you
