Eyelash extensions

eyelash technicians, some advertise themselves as fully qualified and some say fully certified. Do these mean different things?x

Yes I would say so [emoji4] I think they just mean they have a certificate/qualification to carry out the treatment x

Personally I advertise as fully qualified because in my head fully certified sounds more like one of those online courses you do that certificate you to do a service, and I think fully qualified makes it sound like you've done all your hands on training etc. But that's just my preference and how I hear it!!
