So I have been in the beauty field since graduating for about a year now. Though never have I had a lash perm on myself. I have come out of this lash perm with eyelashes that are not fried thank God! but are not in a nice shape!
so I asked the lady to go over them very quickly with a mascara wand and perming solution brushing downwards to sort of straighten the curl, this worked but still the lashes were way too curly due to small rods, ON top of this I could start to feel my eyelids burning.
I then decided to do everything you shouldn't do after a perm and put oils on my lashes and even mascara and slept with it to weigh down the lashes! this worked (still a few imperfections). THOUGH im still left with the perm burn on my top eyelids. other than eye creams is there anything else I should be doing? this wont make my eyelashes fall out will it? iv never burnt any client before so when I was burnt it took me by surprise.
