facebook weirdos - anyone attracted any?

I had the 'owned' application for all of 5 mins! It freaked me out too much, every 30secs there was someone elsed who'd 'bought' me so i ended up removing it. Not really had any other probs with facebook, if someone adds me and i'm not sure if i know them, i'll send them a message first.
Its mainly on myspace that I get random people trying to add me.

Someone I have never met but who has made enquiries about waxing has invited me to join two groups - 'Anti-Pubic Hair Society' and 'Shaven and Proud of It'

My mate deleted her whole Facebook profile because she kept getting wierd messages off of a few odd bods.
There's a bloke on owned at the moment who has bought one of my pics and he's nicknamed the pic as (............'s property) which is a bit strange, I think I'll go buy myself back actually lol.
My profile is quite private as far as pics are concerned (only peeps on my friends list can see), I'm not having anybody and everybody looking at my pics and I took off the pics of my girls after about 2 hrs because I got paranoid at the thought of someone I don't know looking at them (this was when I was new to it and didn't realise about the privacy settings). I still won't put pics of my kids on there just incase lol.
I think it's a bit strange that people put pics of their kids on things like "owned".
I got a request off a woman who I didn't know which I turned down. If I get requests from someone I don't know I usually check to see what friends we have in common (usually geeks friends), If I don't know them personally or we don't have any friends in common I won't add them.
