Fake bake out of stock!

has anyone heard any news about fake bake?????
we placed our order on the 14th feb and are still waiting!!!
i called last week and was told the only product they have in stock is faux glow and no other retail or prof products.........

If you paid with order, it may be judicious to ask for your money back right now.

The whole fake bake saga sounds very whiffy to me. I'm a stockist, and have been sent a sample of nouvatan to try as I have a feeling I may be in the market for a new tan brand quite soon......

I just called them, they said they are getting stock in tomorrow and will be delivered next week. I just cancelled as they have been telling me this for almost 5 weeks. I wouldn't be surprised if they are in financial trouble. Looking forward to getting samples from other companies I've been in contact with who's customer service have been fantastic so far.

Hi Michelle I am having the same problem with Fakebake and have been told today that it will be delivered within the fortnight. It is so frustrating... Is it only fakebake that you have been using or can you suggest any others for me to try?

Hi JoJo

It's only Fake Bake I've used at present, did my taining with fake bake and have spent a fortune on their tent, spray machine, leaflets and various other marketing stuff. Quite annoying really. I've now ordered samples from various companies ... Suntana, Sienna X, Solaris, LA Tanning, Nouvatan. I'm going to try out Suntana on Thursday on a friend so will be able to give you feedback then. You should definetely start getting some samples from companies. They are free and will help you decide what's best to go for.

I'm trying to look at it as a positive as lots of the other companies have much better customer service, offer extra selling points such as anti-ageing agents in their products, nicer smelling products and have had alot of people feeding back saying other products aren't as sticky as Fake Bake and tend to dry quicker.

Hi there, I have had exact same problem everyone else is having! I have the pod system but I ordered samples of nouvatan and suntana the other week and tried them out. Honestly you will be really pleased.

I don't even think I am going to use fake bake anymore I loved these ones so much. I sprayed a friend last wed with the nouvatan and I saw her today and her tan still looked lovely! I had sprayed her with fake bake previously and she didn't get a week out of it. She has told me I have to get the nouvatan in because she never wants fake bake again as this is much less sticky feeling when it goes on and wears far better!

My husband sprayed me with suntana and I found the same far less sticky a better guide colour, and wears off far better. So honestly try different samples because if this hadn't happened I'm not sure I would have.

Fake Bake have told me they are crediting my account with £100 for my inconvienance and I was going to order solution with it when they had it in stock but after trying these samples I think I am just going to spend it on moisturisers, sticky feet and stuff like that as I really don't want to use it anymore.

this is some information from companies house. a government website. there is two. you have fake bake u.k. ltd and fake bake europe tld. both are listed below. suprisingly fake bake beauty boutique is doing ok. follow the link if you would like to see it for yourselves. the last one is more significant as fake bake europe is about to be shut down. just to add more smoke. we had a call from our rep and she has been made redundant.
