I used to cut my nail flat but it grows in round shape. How could I make it round?

I have no idea what you mean, do you mean straight across the free edge so they look square?
If your nails grow in a certain way, then they will always grow that way, you will need to re-shape them with an abrasive. Its a bit like your hair, if it's curly it will always be curly unless you use straighteners (I think you call them flat irons???) but it will go back to curly eventually.
