Guys I'm pregnant and desperately need a salon manager to run a salon , due to complication with my pregnancy. I have one girl working with me on 16 hours she is lovely but not manager material, I need a salon manager who can perform beauty treatments and nail treatments. I have a lady who will do this for free nail table rental but before I meet with her can anyone give me advice on how this could work, I make a profit but not enough to pay £££ for a salon manager. I was not expecting to be put in this position so early I can not think what to do with my shop! If anyone can help please do! Stressed mum to be/business owner xxx
