Hello!
Im just started running a salon and sorting out all things GDPR. I have a policy written up and in place but wanting to start a text reminder service due to a high amount of clients 'forgetting'. Do I need written permission from every client or is verbal good enough? Is having the policy on show in salon for clients too look if they wish good enough? Any other light than could be shed on this matter would be great!
