Gel extensions

Have just had some training on gel extensions. Have a trainer hand that I am practising on and have just completed one hand but spent ages filing the well on the tips I have bought. I have heard there are tips you can buy that you don't need to file down. Just concerned about my timings as has taken me nearly 1hr 30 to do one hand!

Any advice would be appreciated.

Sorry another question. Can these be used on nail biters also?

Pro Impressions do a huge range of well less tips.
You can use them on a biter too but if there's not much natural nail left I prefer to sculpt usually.
