gel nail cracking

one of my clients gel nails always cracks down the middle of her nails. she has a hooked shape nail and they seem to get a pinched kind of cracking. i have used a form to give the nails extra strenght.that doesn't even seem to work. what do i need to do now?

You say you use a form so I presume you are sculpting which is what I would do.

Are you making the natural nail as short as possible before fitting the form?

If the cracking is happening after infills or rebalances you may need to give her a new nail each time.

Are you pinching to create shape? this could be another cause
